Hi there,

My name is John Barringer, and I’m the founder of J&G’s Consulting. I launched the company in 2021, shortly after earning my master’s degree in Business Management Administration — during a time when businesses everywhere were rethinking how they operate. That moment inspired me to build something lean, flexible, and fully remote from day one.

Rather than invest in a traditional office space, I chose to form a virtual team. Today, I’m proud to lead a team of three talented professionals who bring a range of skills and experience to every client partnership. Together, we focus on delivering results — no matter where our clients are located.

At J&G’s Consulting, we specialize in strategic planning and organizing — helping small businesses set clear goals, structure their operations efficiently, and move forward with confidence. Our work often expands into leadership development, budgeting and finance, HR support, and strengthening internal communication.

By staying fully remote, we keep overhead low and pass those savings on to our clients — making our services both accessible and impactful for the small businesses we’re so passionate about helping.
